What to bring

For your security, please bring the credit card used to pay for your booking and a matching valid photo ID. The name on the card must match the contact name on your booking.

A refundable $250 security deposit hold is placed on your credit card per booking (not per Segway) at the shop before the tour starts.

Your Segway tour

A professional guide leads every tour, and a helmet is provided for each rider. All Segway riders must be at least 12 years old, weigh between 100 lbs (45 kg) and 260 lbs (117 kg), and be in good health. Pregnant women may not ride a Segway. Please wear comfortable closed toe shoes and dress for the weather.

Tours run rain or shine. Instances of severe weather will be addressed on the day of the program. Cancellation may only be cancelled 24 hours in advance for full refund.
