What to bring

For your security, please bring the credit card used to pay for your booking and a matching valid photo ID. The name on the card must match the contact name on your booking.

Security deposit

All electric bike rentals require a refundable $250 security deposit hold on the card used for the booking.

Included

A bike lock is included with your electric bike rental. Helmets are available free of charge on request.

Rider requirements

All electric bike riders must be at least 16 years old, weigh between 100 lbs (45 kg) and 240 lbs (110 kg), and be in good health. Pregnant women may not ride an electric bike. Please wear comfortable closed toe shoes and dress for the weather.

Programs run rain or shine. Instances of severe weather will be addressed on the day of the program. Cancellation may only be cancelled 24 hours in advance for full refund.
