• **All vehicles have Roofs, Door Nets, and Lower Doors installed. (photo may differentiate)**
• All vehicles have Polaris Ride Command GPS.
• Special Note: Driving Environment

Even if an individual has Polaris RZR/Vehicle driving experience - this terrain is very aggressive and should be taken very seriously - Safety, thinking your decisions through and assessing the driving environment due to weather changes is very important….

Strongly Suggested:

• Please bring a lot of water for everyone to stay hydrated no matter the season, or time of year, plenty of food, protein, snacks, blankets, for warmth or a picnic.
• Ice & Soft Ice Cooler to keep your water and food fresh.
• Small umbrella/s, & items/clothing, for protection from the sun, cold, and outdoor elements.
• Phone Charger 📲
• Ice Chests/Coolers and Ice are: UNAVAILABLE at Base camp.

The Tour time doesn’t start until you drive out of Base Camp. 😎

Shuttle Pick-up: Unavailable for Self Guided rentals, unless requested for a Special group event/occasion and reserved in advance.

Self Guided Rental/NON-SELECT Member:

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License & be 25 years of age or older to drive.
• Must provide a credit card for the reduced temporary Damage Deductible Vehicle Insurance hold, at check-in. $1,500 hold/deposit for a 2 seater & $3,000, for the 4 seat vehicle.

• *Please meet us at Base Camp and utilize the directions below/above to arrive at your scheduled rental time for check-in.*

CALLED IN ADVANCE & ARRANGED FOR AC SHUTTLE PICKUP FOR YOUR GROUP:

• We will text you the night before around 8:30 PM (due to possible multiple pickups)

about your pickup time & location.

• *Friendly Note: Please have EVERYONE bring their Valid Driver's License & credit debit/card, for the temporary, $1,500 Vehicle Damage Deductible hold.*

🪪Also Please have EVERYONE bring their Valid Driver's License, Passport or Valid ID to be an *Adult Passenger in the vehicle. International/Digital Driver's License/ID is also okay as long as it is Valid & legible.

Closed Toe & Closed Heel Shoes are required for participation. No Crocs, Sandals, Slides or Thongs, please.

If you have minors accompanying you (under 18 yrs. old) the child must be added to both parents' or legal guardians' waivers, be 14 yrs. of age and be at least 54 inches in height - approximately, thank you.

IMPORTANT:

🕛 To keep tours on schedule and avoid delays for other guests, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling, and refunds will not be issued.

Self Transportation Directions

Directions to base camp:I15S to Sloan Exit. Turn left and go back under the interstate. Turn right on Las Vegas Blvd. Go approx. 9.5 miles and base camp is on the right. Do NOT follow GPS directions. You may end up at Casino.
