About##

• Buckle up and get ready to conquer the Mojave Desert behind the wheel of your own high-performance side-by-side!
• You’ll tear through whoops, hills, and rocky ridgelines on an epic off-road journey to the legendary Pioneer Saloon.

**After a couple hours, of driving an awesome….**

XP 1000 or XP4 1000 from our fleet, we will make a lunch stop at the historic Pioneer Saloon!

**Then continue the fun after lunch with some more Off-Road’n!**##

• Radio equipped communication in our full-faced helmets.🗣️
• 18 yrs. Of age & older with a Valid Driver’s License, to drive please.
• Adult passengers must have a Valid ID or Valid passport, please.
• We can change drivers if you like.
• There will be an opportunity to take photos, as well with your own camera. 📸

Serious adventure, scenery and food!##

• Price is per SXS/Vehicle
• All of our vehicles have Ride Command GPS.
• Includes lunch for two. (4 Seater, lunch for four)
• Includes transportation from select “Strip” locations. 🚐
• We are located approximately 30 minutes south of the Strip.
• ##Don’t see your “Strip” Hotel listed at checkout……?##
• **Meet us at one of the offered locations for pickup, & at the end of the tour we will drive you back to your Hotel.**😉🏨

Special Note: (Please mention the Hotel name, address, and this request in the Notes section.)

• If you drive yourself to Base Camp, please arrive at the reservation start time.
• Water & Light Snack provided as well.
• Children Welcome! Must be able to sit with back fully touching seat back, arms extended to reach bar in front, feet firmly on the floorboard, with seatbelt/harness fastened.
• Potential Surprise Encounter: When we head back to the “Strip” at the end of the day in the Shuttle, if the group agrees we can stop at Seven Magic Mountains, for a QUICK, photo op. (Cute pics) 😊

• *If you are driving yourself, please follow the directions below/above to arrive at the scheduled tour time on your reservation, for, check-in.*

SHUTTLE TRANSPORT:

• **Note: We may have Shuttle customers arriving at the same time, & we look forward to seeing you all!**

• **Opted for Shuttle pickup?......You should receive a text around 8:30 PM - the Night Before before your scheduled Tour, due to - possible multiple pick ups.**

• ## 🪪 Please have EVERYONE bring their Valid Driver's License, Passport or Valid ID to be an Adult Passenger in the vehicle.

• ##If you have minors accompanying you on this tour (under 18 yrs. old) the child must be added to both parents' or legal guardians' waivers, thank you.

IMPORTANT:

🕛 To keep tours on schedule and avoid delays for other guests, arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling, and refunds will not be issued.

🚫🍃Please also note: that for your safety and the safety of others, being under the influence of any substance—whether legal or illegal—may result in you being unable to participate in driving or being a passenger during the tour. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding & cooperation, thank you.

🌙 **RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER MIDNIGHT:**🌙

• ***If your reservation was made after midnight, on the day of the tour, and Shuttle pickup was chosen, we will send you a text, the morning of about the pickup time and location.***

FRIENDLY NOTE:

Please have EVERYONE bring their Valid Driver's License & credit/debit card, for the reduced temporary, 1 day hold of $200, for the Vehicle Damage Deductible.

• *Should be completed by everyone in your party before your tour, please.*
• *If you are unable to, we can complete the waiver at our check-in office upon your arrival.*

Requirement for participation please:

Please have EVERYONE bring their Valid Driver's License, Passport or Valid ID to be an - Adult Passenger in the vehicle. (International Driver's License or Digital License/ID is also ok, as long as it is Valid & Legible.)

Closed Toe & Closed Heel shoes are also required - No Crocs, Sandals or Slides, please.

Self Transportation Directions

Directions to base camp: I-15S to Sloan Exit. Turn left and go under the interstate. Turn right on Las Vegas Blvd. Go approx. 9.5 miles and base camp is on the right hand side. Please DO NOT follow GPS/Rental Car directions, they may guide incorrectly.
