DEPARTURE LOCATION

• 237 Stearns Wharf
• Stearns Wharf is the wood pier at the base of State Street (look for dolphin fountain)
• Walk or drive to end of wharf, we are on left side near the end
• Look for "BOAT RIDES" sign

-In some cases, we need to change our departure location from Stearns Wharf to the harbor. If that happens, we will notify you on the morning of your charter.

CHECK-IN TIME

• At least **15 minutes before departure time** (early check-in is welcome)
• Check in at kiosk, then get in designated line
• **WE BOARD WHEN PRIMARY CHARTER GUEST CONFIRMS THAT ALL GUESTS HAVE ARRIVED**
• If primary charter guest decides to hold boat for late arrivals, the trip is not extended.

-Early boarding is not permitted (for guests, hosts, food delivery, or decor)

PARKING

• Allow 30-45 minutes to find parking
• Paid parking on Stearns Wharf (limited)
• Additional paid parking in waterfront lots (1 Garden Street @ Cabrillo Blvd)
• **We do not extend the charter for late arrivals due to parking**

WHAT TO BRING

• Valid photo ID
• Comfortable shoes (no high heels), jacket/sweater, sunscreen
• Credit/debit card (no cash accepted)

CAPACITY

• 46 max passengers (must include all guests, including infants)

IMPORTANT POLICIES

Children:

• Children must be in final headcount number (including infants)

-Stroller are not permitted to be use on board

• Under 13 not permitted on upper deck
• Parents are responsible to keeping an eye on children at all time. Children may not be unattended in any area on the boat.

Accessibility

• All guests must walk independently, without the assistance of others
• No wheelchairs or mobility devices
• No assistance devices (canes, walkers, crutches or braces/boots)
• This is not negotiable. **If someone in your group in unable to board without assistance, please call to cancel & refund ticket(s)**

Bar

• You may "host" the bar (cover the cost of all drinks ordered) or "no host" (guests will open up their own tabs)
• Full bar available for purchase (21+ with valid hardcopy ID only)
• No outside beverages are permitted
• +15% gratuity added to hosted bar tab
• Credit/debit card (no cash accepted)
• **Under 21 years old not permitted onboard during private charters when alcohol is being served** (exceptions made only for family events)

Food

• Bring your own food (on platters & ready to serve) or snacks available for purchase
• Food should be at kiosk 45 minutes before departure.
• Our crew will walk your platters down to the boat, right before you & your guests board

-Any food that you would like to take home with you, will need to be packed up prior to end of charter/returning to the dock.

• **Heat sources (such as chaffing dishes) are not permitted**.
• **Formal catering and set-ups are not permitted**. We are a walk on/walk off charter. All items (food and decor) must be removed at the same time as guests exit. Early access for set-up is not permitted.
• We provide white paper plates, napkins and plastic utensils

Not Permitted

• No pets, including emotional support animals (only ADA compliant service animals, trained for individuals with disabilities, are permitted)
• No Smoking/vaping/cannabis/illegal substances
• No high heels
• No outside alcohol
• No amplified music (speaker phone, Bluetooth speakers, etc.)

-No early boarding

BALANCE PAYMENT

-Private charter balance will be billed to card on file (2) weeks prior to event date (unless charter has already been paid in full)
