Private Charter (Lil' Toot) from Celebration Cruises.

DEPARTURE LOCATION**:

-113 Harbor Way, Santa Barbara Harbor (front of Santa Barbara Maritime Museum, where boats are in the water)

• Stand on the front steps of the museum, look down into the water where boats are docked. You will see Lil Toot sign.
• If you are lost TEXT (805) 298-3400 a picture of where you are, and we will guide you to the boat

BOARDING TIME**:

• Meet your group on steps of Maritime Museum = 15 minutes prior to departure time
• No restroom onboard, nearest restroom is inside Maritime Museum building
• Entire group walk down to the boat together = 5 minutes before departure time
• **Boarding time is 5 minutes before departure time**
• Late arrivals will return to dock as scheduled. Trips are not extended for late arrivals

PARKING

• Paid parking available throughout harbor
• Allow 30-45 minutes to find parking and walk to boarding location

CAPACITY & SAFETY

• Maximum 19 passengers (including infants/children)

FOOD & DRINK POLICY

• Bring your own food and drinks
• Champagne, beer & wine (no hard alcohol/cocktails). No corkage fee.
• All guests must be 21+ if alcohol is served.
• Exception: families with children

ACCESSIBILITY

• Must walk independently, without assistance
• No wheelchairs or mobility devices
• No assistance devices (canes, walkers, crutches)

NOT PERMITTED

• Pets (only ADA compliant service animals, trained for individuals with disabilities, are permitted)
• Smoking/vaping/cannabis/illegal substances

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are not available for cancellations. However, Lil' Toot charters can be rescheduled if we are notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Rescheduling is not allowed for cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure time. Please note: There are no refunds or rebooking options for late arrivals or no-shows.

TRIP PROTECTION PLAN** (If added at checkout)

-Cancel up until 24 hours before departure time and receive a full refund of the charter price

-Booking fees and the Trip Protection fee are not refundable

-Cancellations after the 24-hour window, late arrivals and no shows are not eligible for a refund or rebooking

WEATHER POLICY

In the case that Celebration Cruises needs to cancel the cruise because of unsafe seas, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option to reschedule to a future date or request a full refund.
