- Learn about art deco history and architecture and hear how everything got started in Miami Beach! We will cover the Versace mansion, Congress Hotel, the Breakwater, the Essex House and fun movie locations.

The meeting point is Bolivar Restaurant at 841 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Parking information: public garage located between Washington Ave and Collins Ave on 7th Street. Another recommended public garage is between Collins and Ocean Drive on 13th street.

Approximately 1-2 hours before your tour begins, your guide will reach out via call or text to the phone number provided in your reservation. They'll be in touch to welcome you, confirm any dietary restrictions, and assist you if you happen to be running late.
TIPPING YOUR TOUR GUIDE:** As is common practice in the tour industry, showing your appreciation to your tour guide through a tip is greatly appreciated, similar to tipping at a restaurant. A customary tip falls within the range of 18%-20% of your ticket cost. So, if you had a wonderful time on the tour, please consider acknowledging your guide's service. For your convenience, guides accept both cash and Venmo. Please note that gratuities for restaurant staff are already included in your ticket price.
FOOD RESTRICTIONS:** We happily offer vegetarian options and we can also accommodate to those who do not eat pork, beef, chicken, or fish/shellfish. However, we are unable to provide gluten-free meals for those with celiac disease due to cross contamination, vegan options due to limited substitutions, or cater for individuals with severe food allergies.
PARKING:** Paid garage located between Washington Ave and Collins Ave on 7th Street. Another recommended paid garage is between Collins and Ocean Drive on 13th street. Miami Beach doesn't have free parking alternatives.
WEATHER:** We tour rain or shine, please bring an umbrella or poncho if it is announced to rain. Wear comfortable shoes. Tour ends a few blocks away from the meeting point.
