About the Tour:

A behind-the-scenes visual feast with San Francisco artists

Thursdays at the Gregangelo Museum are our studio day. A collective of fascinating local and international artists convene to create the art, stories, costumes, and entertainment for upcoming shows and installations.

For the first time, we are extending a ‘backstage’ invite to YOU to join our exclusive, artist-only, lunchtime mixer.

Tickets are limited for this special-edition, impromptu experience.

• ONLY Thursdays at 1 PM
• Maximum 8 guests
• Length: 2 Hours
• Ages 7 and up
• Tour in English only
• Mixed groups
• No food, drinks nor pets

What to expect may include but is not limited to:

• A healthy lunch and conversation with local artists.
• Witness any artist auditions that may be taking place at the time.
• A behind-the-scenes peep through the main floor installations.
• Visit our subterranean costume shop.
• Photo ops with the art and artists.
• Impromptu Entertainment.
• And anything else that might unfold?!

About The Gragangelo Museum

The Gregangelo Museum is the private residence of San Francisco-raised artist Gregangelo Herrera. Forty-plus years in the making, this “mirage of a house” continues to evolve as a living, breathing passion project with contributions from hundreds of artists from around the globe. It is also the headquarters of Velocity Arts & Entertainment, producing experiences for companies, non-profits, and private and community events.

**ARRIVAL DETAILS**

Please be on-time. 1pm sharp! Ring the doorbell (if you can find it) or call 415-664-0095 when you arrive and we’ll let you in.

**ITINERARY**

• The experience is approximately 2 hours.
• Dress casually and bring warm layers in the event we happen to picnic outside.
• The concept of this experience is to offer an authentic, up-close, and personal behind-the-scenes encounter at the museum with all its staff and visiting artists.
• We invite you to partake and enjoy our home-cooked meal, which is generally vegetarian, local, and sustainable. We sometimes have meat. There is always something healthy for all diets and restrictions.
• You are welcome to compose artistic photos in any of the installations you happen to visit. #GregangeloMuseum

**GETTING HERE**

The museum is accessible by car, public transit (K, M lines, 23 Monterey bus), or rideshare; we recommend transit or rideshare for convenience. Limited two-hour street parking is available on the east side of the street in front of the museum, please pull in your driver-side mirrors and park respectfully. Allow ample travel time.

**ACCESSIBILITY**

The Gregangelo Museum is a private home and a 100+ year-old landmark building on a San Francisco slope, and it is not wheelchair accessible. There are eleven steps to enter the house and guests may use walkers or canes if needed.

**VISITOR GUIDELINES**

No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Bookings can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance via the ‘Change Booking’ link in your confirmation email.
