Nestled in a lovely quiet neighborhood in San Francisco is a magical home hidden amongst an enchanted fairy grove full of wonders. Your adventure begins as you are transported into a fantastical world led by Jinx, the fairy, and her magical muse.

Dare to enter portals to the unknown as you cast spells, make wishes, meet fairies, and revisit your youth during this entertaining journey.

This evocative immersive experience is for families and friends of all generations to come together and celebrate each other.

Stumble into the hilarious Teddy Bear Tea Party and conjure tiny miracles along the way.

**ARRIVAL DETAILS**

Be 5 minutes early. Very Important because there may be a tour right after you. Being late could mean you will not be able to come in. **THE TOUR BEGINS ON THE SIDEWALK- Do not enter without a guide!!!** Wait by the striped gate on the sidewalk, where your guide will meet you.

**GETTING HERE**

The museum is accessible by car, public transit (K, M lines, 23 Monterey bus), or rideshare; we recommend transit or rideshare for convenience. Limited two-hour street parking is available on the east side of the street in front of the museum. Please pull in your driver-side mirrors and park respectfully. Allow ample travel time.

**ACCESSIBILITY**

The Gregangelo Museum is a private home and a 100+ year-old landmark building on a San Francisco slope, and it is not wheelchair accessible. There are eleven steps to enter the house, but guests may use walkers or canes if needed.

The Fairy Realm does not provide bathrooms. Please do your business beforehand.

**VISITOR GUIDELINES**

• **Attention Parents!** This is an art-house, not a bounce house. Your child will be surrounded by delicate, breakable art. Please ensure a serene atmosphere within our artistic space. If there is any damage to the art, you will be liable.
• **Costumes are encouraged!** Please keep fairy wings to shoulder-width and avoid large fairy wigs for comfort and safety.
• If you are looking for a meal ahead of time, we recommend the nearby eateries on the West Portal strip or [Lakeside Village] (https://lakeside.mainfare.com/lakeside-village), just a couple blocks from the Museum.
• Photos are permitted in specified areas only. Digital devices remain off during experience.
• Please tip your guide. Cash as well as Venmo are accepted for gratuities and gift purchases
• No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Bookings can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance via the ‘Change Booking’ link in your confirmation email.
• If you are experiencing allergies, cold, sneezing or coughing, please wear a mask.
