Rules and Regulations
- The Rules and Regulations are to protect our customers and equipment. Please be mindful, Golf Carts are considered motor vehicles in Port Aransas.
- The Renter may not allow any unauthorized driver operate the golf cart at anytime. You may choose to add on additional drivers, please just text/call for the rental waiver link to add them on.
- The Renter cannot drive onto any boardwalk/ sidewalk/or sand dune.
- The Renter cannot drive the cart into any body of water, this includes but not limited to: puddles, the surf/ocean, the shoreline, or within fifty feet of any marina or other body of water. Driving through water, (including the shoreline) may result in a fine of $2,000-20,000 plus taxes/ fees.
- The Renter cannot pass Mile Marker 40 on the beach.
- The Renter cannot operate the Cart on Highway 361, south of the intersection of Avenue G.
- The Renter cannot operate the Cart with more than 6 persons at any given time, each person must have a seat belt.
- The Renter must not allow any person to ride in the lap of the driver or any other passenger.
- The Renter must obey same traffic laws as a regular motor vehicle.
- The Renter must be refill with regular unleaded gas, unless the Renter opted into prepaid fuel. Failure to refill the tank will result in a $35.00 gas charge to the card on file.
- Cart is designed and fabricated for pleasure cruising only. Any attempt of speeding, racing, and/or jumping of these Carts and/ or other reckless driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in loss of your rental and deposit.
