What to bring
Valid Drivers license, valid auto insurance card, credit/debit card for incidentals.
Please Note
- Only authorized drivers can rent or drive. You will have to provide us the info above, names have to match on all info, and you have to be 21 or older. Golf carts cannot go on highway 361, so make sure you have access to lodging without it. Golfcarts cannot go past mile marker 40..
- DON'T drive down HWY 361. Driving on this HWY is illegal and dangerous.
- DON'T drive into the water- bays, boat docks, etc. Please allow 100 feet distance from the water. If a golf cart is to enter the water, you will be charged the full amount for the cart plus loss of revenue for that rental. Average price for the carts are $22,500.
- DON'T let anyone else drive who is not an authorized driver on the contract.
This will result in the revocation of the rental without refund.
- DON'T drive past mile marker 40 on the beach.
Mile markers are located on the sand dunes.
- DON'T drive into the dunes or anywhere that is not road.
The beach is considered a public roadway
- All passengers must be properly restrained with a seat belt when the vehicle is in motion.
This applies to all passengers in the vehicle- including adults and children. No children or any other occupant can ride in the laps of other passengers.
- Golf carts are considered motor vehicles, most traffic laws apply.
Including seat belts, open containers, DWI laws, car seats, etc.
- Be sure to refill the gas tank prior to returning
Failure to refill the tank will result in a $35.00 gas charge to card on file.
