Meet your Louisville Historic Tours guide in front of the brown "Filson Historical Society" sign at the southeast corner of South Fourth Street and West Ormsby Avenue in Old Louisville. Your walking tour starts and ends here; wear sensible shoes and arrive several minutes before the start time. This is about a mile straight down the road from the famous Brown Hotel in downtown Louisville. Generally, there is ample, free street parking nearby. Well-behaved dogs are welcomed because this tour is entirely out of doors.
