⚓ Your Upcoming Kokomo Yacht Club Outing

We’re delighted to confirm your upcoming experience. We look forward to welcoming you on the water for a relaxed and elevated day aboard one of our curated vessels.

Vessel:** *Wanderlust

Vessel Owner:** *Wanderlust Sailing Charters, LLC

---

Your Member Experience

Kokomo Yacht Club is a private membership organization providing access to a curated fleet of privately owned vessels.

Your outing is arranged as a private **bareboat (demise) charter**, under which the **Member (Charterer) assumes exclusive use, possession, and control of the vessel** for the duration of the experience.

You determine the itinerary and experiences for your time on the water — whether that includes sandbar stops, coastal cruising, waterfront dining, or simply relaxing onboard.

Our team is here to assist with coordination and ensure every detail is handled seamlessly leading up to your time on the water.

---

Mariner Points (MPs)

Mariner Points represent a **stored-value member balance**, applied toward the individual components of your outing.

These may include:

• Vessel reservation

• Independently selected captain and crew services

• Fuel and operating expenses

Mariner Points are applied to **itemized expenses** and are not an all-inclusive package.

Fuel is based on actual usage and will be reconciled following your outing, with any applicable adjustments applied to your Mariner Points account.

---

Selecting Your Captain

As the Member (Charterer), you will **select and engage a qualified, properly licensed captain** for your outing.

You may engage your own captain *(subject to vessel owner and insurance approval)* or select from an **informational roster of independent captains**.

Captains on this roster are **approved as named operators under the vessel’s insurance policy** and may be familiar with the vessel.

If the Member wishes to engage a captain not currently approved, that captain must be submitted for review and approval by the vessel owner’s insurance carrier prior to the outing.

All captains and crew are **independent third parties engaged directly by the Member**. Kokomo Yacht Club does not employ, assign, or direct any captain or crew.

---

Guests

You may host guests onboard in accordance with the vessel’s capacity limits. The maximum allowed onboard any vessel per USCG regulations is 12 guests plus you as the Chartering Member.

The Member (Charterer) must be present onboard and is responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests.

Guests may not contribute toward the cost of the outing in accordance with applicable maritime regulations.

---

Preparing for Your Outing

To ensure everything is in place for a smooth departure:

• Execute your Charter Agreement

• Select and confirm your captain

• Complete guest waivers prior to arrival

Our team is available to assist at any point in this process.

---

Coordination & Payment

For convenience, Mariner Points may be applied toward eligible expenses, and Kokomo Yacht Club may assist with administrative coordination of payments.

All services — including captain and crew — are separately arranged by the Member.

Gratuity for captain and crew is customary and paid directly to your independently engaged crew. If preferred, gratuity may be facilitated on your behalf following your outing.

---

Charter Acknowledgment

The Member (Charterer) acknowledges that they have independently selected the vessel and captain and assume control of the vessel for the duration of the outing under a bareboat charter arrangement.

Kokomo Yacht Club provides administrative coordination and concierge support only.

---

What to Bring

You are welcome to bring food and beverages to personalize your experience.

Please note:

• No red wine

• No glass beer bottles *(wine and champagne permitted)

• Barefoot or Socks please. No shoes onboard

Recommended items include swimwear, sunglasses, hats, and a light jacket in cooler months.

---

If there is anything we may arrange in advance — including catering, beverages, or special touches — our team is pleased to assist.

We look forward to welcoming you aboard.
