What's included:

Custom Package

• 2.5 hours of birthday fun

• Face painting (animal-print done above one eye by our Party Pro)

• Paper Goods (plates, utensils, napkins, and cups, which are animal-print theme)
• Decorations (table centerpieces, animal themed)
• 30 guests (guest count includes children and adults. The birthday child is free. Additional guests are $10 each)

Ultimate Package

• 1 extra animal presentation
• Animal feeding encounter!
• 50 guests (guest count includes children and adults. The birthday child is free. Additional guests are $10 each)
• A 10" cake (feeds 18 people) from Nothing Bundt Cakes and 15% off additional Nothing Bundt Cakes purchases added for the party. The Nothing Bundt Cakes in Pacific Highlands (5950 Village Way Suite 104, San Diego, CA 92130) will be notified of your booking and about 3 days prior to the party start date contact you in order to arrange the cake details. Note that certain cake details may add a price. Then Nothing Bundt Cakes will deliver your cake the day of the party with us.

You provide:

• Cake (cake provided with Ultimate), plus candles and a lighter
• Food and drinks, plus any serving ware
• Custom package: Plates, napkins, cups, and utensils (unless you add on our paper goods)
• **If using our a/v equipment** please notify us ahead of time. You will either need to bring a USB or send the media to us several days before the party.

Party Timeline:

• Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the start of your party and advise your guests to arrive no earlier than your party start time. Check in at the Lobby. Your Party Pro will greet you and assist with bringing in and setting up any items including food, cake, drinks, etc.
• First 0.5 hour: guests arrive, children play, and parents socialize. If part of your package (or added on to Custom), face painting will begin.
• Next 1 hour: the chosen animals will be met at different locations around the campus, guided by your Party Pro.
• Last 1 hour: party will be escorted back to the main indoor party space for food, cake, and/or presents.
• The Party Pro will be available to assist during all activities. Clean up should begin to occur in the last 5-10 minutes of your party time.

Reminders

• All participants must wear closed toed shoes.
• Balloons are permitted inside the event room only - cannot be attached to fences, the playground, or anywhere outdoors.
• Alcohol, open flame, jump houses, piñatas, confetti, loose glitter, straw/hay bales, and damaging the spaces (ex. hanging décor with pins, staples, or strong tape) are prohibited.
• We have 2 different party locations onsite, each with an adjacent playground that is part of the private party space. The main indoor party location is not themed.
• The **PARK** location has an outdoor park-themed playground suitable for children ages 2-5.
• The **POLLINATOR** location has an outdoor pollinator-themed playground suitable for children ages 5-12.
• When meeting outdoor animals, there is an outdoor presentation space near the main party location and this space is not themed.
• When meeting indoor animals, the party will travel to one or more of our habitat-themed classrooms.
• Many of our presentation rooms only hold 40-50 people. If your party is more than 50 people we will have adults stay behind at the main party location while children and some adults move into the various locations for animal presentations. This is for safety purposes.
• If you are having a party other than a birthday party, management approval is required.
• Moving tables or equipment is not allowed.
