Before your tour, please complete all required waivers using the link below. **A waiver is required for every participant.** Cell service and internet access in the area may be limited, so please complete all waivers before arriving.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Arrive **30 minutes before your scheduled departure time**.

• Minimum age: **12 years old**.

• Maximum rider weight: **230 lbs — strictly enforced and verified upon arrival**.

• Helmets are mandatory and provided by Playuela’s Horse Rides.

• Long pants are highly recommended. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.

• Bring a valid photo ID that matches the card used for the booking.

• Cell phones, selfie sticks, and handheld recording devices must remain put away while horses are in motion.

• Please secure personal belongings, including phones, wallets, and car keys, before the tour.

• Guests who decide not to ride due to fear or nervousness, or who choose to end the ride early, are not eligible for a refund or partial refund.

• Late arrivals may miss the tour and are subject to our cancellation policy.

TRANSPORTATION:** Guests are responsible for coordinating their own round-trip transportation in advance. Do not rely on Uber or rideshare service for pickup from our location.

Please remember that we are located in **Aguadilla, on the west side of Puerto Rico — not near San Juan.
