Please complete all required waivers before arrival, as cell service in the area may be limited.

Before your tour:

• Arrive **30 minutes early

• Minimum age: **12 years old

• Maximum rider weight: **230 lbs — strictly enforced

• Helmets are mandatory and provided

• Long pants and closed-toe shoes are recommended

• Bring a valid photo ID matching the card used for booking

• Cell phones, selfie sticks, and handheld recording devices must remain put away while horses are in motion

• Secure personal belongings, including phones, wallets, and car keys

• Guests who decide not to ride due to fear, nervousness, or a change of mind, or who choose to end the ride early for personal reasons, are not eligible for a refund or partial refund

• Late arrivals may miss the tour and are subject to our cancellation policy

Transportation:** Guests must coordinate their own round-trip transportation in advance. Do not rely on Uber or rideshare pickup from our location.

We are located in Aguadilla, on the west side of Puerto Rico — not near San Juan.
