You may bring your own qualified captain, or independently select a USCG-licensed captain and crew familiar with the vessel, subject to vessel owner and insurance approval.

We’re delighted to welcome you aboard **Peace** for your upcoming Kokomo Yacht Club outing.

Vessel Owner:** Cactus Investments Limited, LLC

For regulatory purposes, your outing is documented as a private **bareboat charter**, with the Primary Member having exclusive use, possession, and control of the vessel for the duration of the outing.

Next Steps Before Your Outing

Everything is reserved. We just need a few items completed before you arrive.

1. Complete Your Charter Agreement

The **Primary Member** must complete the Charter Agreement using the link above.

2. Forward the Guest Waiver to Everyone Onboard

A completed waiver is required for **everyone onboard**.

Please forward the Guest Waiver link above to your party. Adults complete their own waiver, and a parent or legal guardian completes the waiver for minors.

3. Select Your Captain

As part of your membership, **prepaid deposits have been applied toward captain and applicable crew services**.

You will receive a separate email from **[email protected]** with instructions for independently selecting and engaging your captain through **Hire Your Captain**.

Your Captain

Through Hire Your Captain, you may:

• Select from independent, insurance-approved captains familiar with the vessel, or
• **Bring your own qualified captain**, who may be submitted through Hire Your Captain for approval.

The captain and any applicable crew are independently selected and engaged by the Primary Member.

Your Kokomo Yacht Club Experience

Your membership provides access to a curated collection of privately owned yachts and boats, giving you the flexibility to enjoy a different experience each time you are on the water.

You choose how you would like to spend your outing — cruising Sarasota Bay, anchoring at a favorite sandbar, stopping for waterfront dining, swimming, sightseeing, or simply relaxing onboard.

Our Kokomo Yacht Club team is available before your outing to assist with catering, beverage provisioning, celebrations, itineraries, and other special arrangements.

Mariner Points & Prepaid Fuel

Your Mariner Points are applied toward the individual components of your member outing, including:

• Vessel access
• Prepaid deposits toward independently selected captain and applicable crew services
• Prepaid fuel allowance

Fuel Allowance

Kokomo Yacht Club outings include the following prepaid fuel allowances:

• **Half Day Outings:** 40 gallons
• **3-Hour Sunset Outings:** 28 gallons

Fuel is reconciled based on actual usage following your outing.

If actual fuel consumption exceeds the prepaid allowance, the additional fuel will be applied to your member account.

Fuel surcharges may apply based on current market fuel rates.

Peace* is a 63’ Prestige luxury yacht offering three levels of refined indoor and outdoor living, with exceptional space for cruising, entertaining, waterfront dining, and relaxing on the water.

Her spacious layout includes a generous aft deck, comfortable forward lounge, climate-controlled salon, and elevated flybridge with panoramic views.

Included aboard:

• Ice and bottled water
• Refrigeration, freezer space, and cooler storage
• Drinkware and dining essentials
• Spacious aft entertaining area
• Comfortable forward bow lounge
• Elevated flybridge with panoramic views
• Climate-controlled salon
• Two full bathrooms
• Multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces
• Floating swim noodles
• 10’ SunChill floating lounge
• 11’ paddleboard
• Snorkel equipment
• U.S. Coast Guard-required safety equipment

Optional premium water toys, including Seabobs, eFoils, and Flites, may be arranged through third-party providers.

Food, Drinks & What to Bring

You are welcome to personalize your outing with your favorite food and beverages.

Please remember:

• No red wine
• No glass beer bottles

(Wine and champagne bottles are permitted.)

• Lotion sunscreen only
• No spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, or shimmer products
• Bare feet or clean socks aboard the vessel

We recommend bringing swimwear, sunglasses, hats, towels, and a light jacket during cooler months.

For an elevated experience, our team can arrange:

• Catering and curated menus
• Beverage provisioning
• Celebration décor
• Photography and video
• Special occasion touches

Gratuity

Gratuity for your independently selected captain and crew is discretionary. **20% is customary** and may be paid directly to the captain and crew at the conclusion of your outing.

If preferred, Kokomo Yacht Club can assist with a seamless cashless gratuity option.
