Before you go
We’re so excited to welcome you to Lavender Hill Farm!*** 🌿
Arrival & Check-In
All guests must check in at the **Ambassador Stand** located between the Barn and Farmhouse upon arrival.
Please have your ticket(s) printed or a screenshot ready for scanning.
Check-in is required to join the tour queue.
Tours are scheduled upon arrival and depart in order of check-in, not by ticket purchase time.
After checking in, feel free to explore the farm, relax on the lawn, or visit the Farmhouse Boutique while you wait for your tour.
Typical wait times range from 5–45 minutes once checked in.

What to Expect
Your private cart is reserved just for your group (up to 5 guests), giving you extra space and comfort during your guided farm tour.
Please note: This is not a fully private tour. Your cart will be guided by a Lavender Hill Farm ambassador and may travel alongside other tour carts.

Weather
Tours run rain or shine.
Tours may pause during severe weather such as lightning or unsafe conditions.
Tours do not depart when heavy rain is combined with temperatures below 45 degrees.
Northern Michigan weather can change quickly, so we recommend dressing for the conditions.

Cart Safety
Our tours travel over uneven and sometimes bumpy terrain.
All guests must remain seated and hold on securely at all times while the cart is in motion.
Children and any guests needing assistance must be securely supported by a supervising adult at all times.

PARKING
Please park in the Drying Shed Parking Lot. Additional handicap parking and guest drop-off are available in the Horseshoe Driveway loop.
