Pricing

Private Vessel Yacht Experience (3 Hours)

Vessel Charter Fee:** $1,475

Estimated Additional Costs (arranged and paid separately by the Charterer):

• Captain & Crew Services (independently selected and contracted): $325

• Estimated Fuel: $150

• Temporary Fuel Surcharge: $56.25

Fuel is estimated at approximately 30 gallons for a 3 hour charter. Final fuel charges are based on actual usage.

Private Vessel Yacht Experience (4 Hours)

Vessel Charter Fee:** $2,010

Estimated Additional Costs (arranged and paid separately by the Charterer):

• Captain & Crew Services (independently selected and contracted): $390

• Estimated Fuel: $200

• Temporary Fuel Surcharge: $75

Fuel is estimated at approximately 40 gallons for a half-day charter. Final fuel charges are based on actual usage.

For convenience only, Kokomo Charters may facilitate payment of captain and crew fees on behalf of the Charterer.

All such services are provided by independent third parties engaged directly by the Charterer, and Kokomo Charters does not employ, assign, or control any captain or crew.

Crew services may include time allocated for vessel preparation prior to departure and post-charter securing to ensure a seamless experience.

Maximum capacity: 13 persons (including the Charterer and guests).

Charter Structure

This experience is offered as a **bareboat (demise) charter**.

The **Charterer assumes full possession, command, and control of the vessel** for the duration of the charter period and is responsible for selecting and engaging a qualified, properly licensed captain and any crew.

Kokomo Charters acts solely as a **charter broker and administrative coordinator**, facilitating booking logistics and documentation. Captain and crew services are provided by independent third parties engaged directly by the Charterer.

Next Steps Before Your Charter

1. Complete Your Charter Agreement

The Primary Charterer must complete the **Charter Agreement using the link above**.

2. Forward the Guest Waiver to Your Guests

We require a completed waiver for **everyone onboard**.

Please forward the Guest Waiver link above to everyone in your party. Adults complete their own waiver, and a parent or legal guardian completes the waiver for minors.

3. Complete Your Captain Selection

You will receive a separate email from **[email protected]** with instructions for completing your captain selection through **Hire Your Captain**.

Captain and crew services are handled separately through **Hire Your Captain**.

You may:

• Select from independent, insurance-approved captains familiar with the vessel, or
• **Bring your own qualified captain**, who can be submitted through Hire Your Captain for approval.

Food, Drinks & What to Bring

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.

Please remember:

• No red wine
• No glass beer bottles

(Wine and champagne bottles are permitted.)

• Lotion sunscreen only
• No spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, or shimmer products
• Bare feet or clean socks aboard the yacht

Catering, beverage provisioning, celebration décor, photography, and premium water toys can also be arranged.

Fuel, Payment & Gratuity

If you selected the **prepaid fuel option**, it covers the prepaid amount of fuel shown in your reservation. If actual fuel usage exceeds that amount, the additional fuel will be charged after the charter.

Any remaining vessel balance will be processed **5 days before your charter** using the card on file.

Gratuity for your independently selected captain and crew is discretionary. **20% is customary** and may be paid directly to the captain and crew at the conclusion of your charter. We can also assist with a cashless gratuity option.
